PARENT & TOT
This class includes children ages 18 months to 5 years of age. Girls and boys, along with their parents, can have fun in the gym with an unstructured class for free time to play on the in-ground trampolines, foam pit, and all the gymnastics equipment. . This class is supervised by an instructor; however, parents can work directly with their child in the gym. This class will help your child become comfortable with the gym and instructors before enrolling in the preschool class. It is not necessary to sign up for a full sixteen week session. Come when you can and pay the day of the class.
PRESCHOOL
Our preschool classes are designed to focus on both large and small motor skills, while introducing boys and girls to basic gymnastics skills on vault, bars, beam and floor. The children will work on their listening skills and how to focus in a structured class. We use preschool music, games, in-ground trampolines and equipment designed especially for little hands and feet. Our specialized lesson plans and levels of achievement are used to track progress and identify areas of need. We have a six to one maximum student teacher ratio in this forty-five minute per week class.
BEGINNER I
No experience needed! Boys and girls 6 years and up will work on their listening skills in a structured class and learn the basics all four types of gymnastics apparatus: vault, bars, beam, and floor. Our in-ground trampolines and tumble track are fun exercise while learning body positions and jumps. We have an eight to one student teacher ratio for this class. This is an one hour per week class.
BEGINNER II
A student must pass our Beginner I evaluation before enrolling in the Beginner II class. Students in the Beginner II class should already know the basic on vault, bars, beam and floor and will continue to work on more challenging skills. In-ground trampolines and a foam pit will also be used to build a strong base for more advanced gymnastics. We have an eight to one student teacher ratio for this one hour a week class.
INTERMEDIATE
Gymnastics experience needed for this class includes meeting all intermediate evaluation requirements on vault, bars, beam, floor and in-ground trampolines. The foam pit will also be used to build confidence while learning more advanced skills before dismounting onto mats. Students will work on strength and flexibility in every class. There is an eight to one student teacher ratio for this one half hour per week class.
ADVANCED
Our Advanced classes are two to four hour hours in length per week and are structured for the advanced gymnast. Students with exceptional skills, attitude, and ability will be selected for this class. An evaluation is required before enrolling in this class.
TEAM
Our competitive team includes girls 6-18 years of age training at levels 4 - 10. The team trains year around in preparation for competition in USA Gymnastics sanctioned meets. Jon Hovda, the instructor for this class, has coached students who have gone on to compete for various colleges and universities throughout the United States.
CHEER TUMBLE
Our cheer tumble class is designed for children or cheerleaders six years and older who want to work on their tumbling skills. Strength, technique and flexibility will be developed. We will work on basic tumbling such as flip flops and front flips and continue to more advance skills. Emphasis will be placed on drills and skills using in-ground trampolines and mats specifically designed to facilitate safety. The tumble trampoline in this class will be utilized to allow for increased skill difficulty. In this class students will not work on bars, beam or vault, just floor. This class meets for one hour per week.
EXTREME SPORTS
Our extreme sports class is designed for students interested in learning rolls on the trampolines. Students will learn basic rolls and continue to more advanced skills. Trick skiers, wake boarders and snowboarders will work on rolls on our in-ground trampolines with a trampoline board. Each trick will be learned on a trampoline before being performed on the water or snow. Water sport students will use ropes just like on the water to work on tricks and handle pass. This class meets one hour per week.
ACCELERATION/STRENGTH
Our acceleration/strength class is for middle school and high school students looking for serious strength training to get that competitive edge in any sport.
OPEN GYM
Open gym is offered for that extra free time desired in the gym in a less structured setting in classes. The student can work on specific skills or simply play. Bring your child and a friend to burn off some energy at open gym. Parents are not allowed in the gym with their children. Open gym is supervised by an instructor. Two separate open gym times are offered- Friday night and Saturday mornings.

If a student enrolls in more than
one class each week a 15% rate discount will be given.
